Before we quote, buy or build, we produce a project feasibility report: catchment and demand, title and encumbrance search, topographical survey, soil classification and safe bearing capacity, statutory compliance against the HMDA master plan, then costs and phasing.
It is slower at the start. It is the reason our programmes hold and our buyers know exactly what they are buying.
